By using Future Cloud Connect, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By creating an account you warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Accounts & Verification

All accounts require email verification. Engineer profiles require ID verification before badges are awarded. Companies require business document verification. Failure to complete verification may result in restricted account access.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to post fraudulent, misleading or illegal content. Scam attempts will result in immediate permanent ban and possible reporting to law enforcement.

4. Payments & Rates

Rates listed in job posts are indicative only. Future Cloud Connect does not process payments between parties. All contractual and payment arrangements are between the engineer and the hiring company.

5. Limitation of Liability

Future Cloud Connect acts as a matching platform only. We are not a party to any employment contract. We are not liable for losses arising from fraud, misrepresentation or breach of contract by other users.

6. Discontinuation

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
